olive oil is not one-size-fits-all, play with food and oil matches like you do with wine


if you find an oil too spicy or bitter on a salad, try it on a steak, on beans (humus!) or on a pizza, or use it to sauté greens or onions or to fry an egg 


below find recipes that are particularly well matched to our Tuscan olive oil and others that go nicely with our Sicilian oil  

to substitute olive oil in recipes that call for butter use 80% olive oil .. instead of 10 Tbs butter you can use 8 Tbs olive oil 


substitute olive oil 1 to 1 for other oils


olive oil harmonizes with other flavors and it exalts the flavors of foods just like salt does, try olive oil with no salt or less salt
