Orders are picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays and shipped via air with an express courier; tracking information is provided in an email from the shipper.

Expedited shipping option provides for priority packaging  and shipping via air with DHL for speedy delivery (usually within 2 days of pick-up).

The USA has imposed tariffs on goods imported from the EU into the USA [the amount of the tariff changes often but it is usually between 10% and 15% of the value of the shipment].

In the case of individual orders the courier services are charged with collecting the tax on behalf of the government of the USA. As the recipient of the goods you should expect a bill for the tariff which will come from DHL. DHL will charge you for the amount of the tariff plus their service charge for collecting the taxes and passing them along to the federal government of the USA.
